Dr. Michelle Henry, MD FAAD, is an esteemed international speaker, trainer, and author. As a board certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon, she has established herself as a prominent figure in the industry. Dr. Henry serves as the CEO and founder of Skin & Aesthetic Surgery of Manhattan, as well as the founder of The Henry Research Group. In addition to her private practice, she holds the position of Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Dr. Henry specializes in general dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, and cosmetic surgery. She completed her residency in dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she served as Chief Resident. Following her residency, she pursued further specialization through a fellowship in cutaneous oncology, Mohs Micrographic, and reconstructive surgery at Harvard Medical School. Driven by her passion for providing exemplary care, she focuses on high-risk skin cancer treatments, cosmetic surgery, hair loss solutions, skin rejuvenation techniques, and addressing the unique needs of diverse skin types.

Recognized for her talent and dedication, Dr. Henry has been featured in renowned publications such as Harper’s Bazaar, The Cut, Byrdie, and Coveteur. These features highlight her artistic prowess in the field of dermatology as well as her advocacy efforts. Furthermore, she has contributed significantly to the medical community through her extensive publications, authoring numerous articles and book chapters on topics including skin cancer treatment and surgery, aesthetic treatments for diverse skin tones, and innovative hair restoration techniques.

Dr. Henry’s reputation is solidified by her inclusion in the prestigious accolades such as Castle Connolly Top Doctor and New York Magazine Top Doctor. Additionally, she actively serves on multiple boards, conducts FDA clinical trials, acts as the US consulting dermatologist for Kiehl’s, and is a member of the product validation board at L’Oreal. She is a distinguished fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and American College of Mohs Surgery.
