Dr. Angela Cornelius is Associate System Medical Director for the OMD with the Metropolitan Area EMS Authority in Fort Worth, where her primary responsibility is Mobile Integrated Healthcare. A fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Academy of Emergency Medical Services and an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine (EM) with TCU and LSU Shreveport who practices at JPS Hospital as core faculty for the FW EM Residency. She is boarded in EM, FP, and EMS. She is active in disaster medicine and EMS for over 10 years and is Chair of the ACEP Disaster Preparedness and Response Committee and Air Medical section and Chair of the NAEMSP Emergency Preparedness Committee. Administrative projects include enhancing and creating robust community paramedicine programs and EMS induction of buprenorphine.
