Douglas Randell is the Director of Operations for Communicate & DOCUMENT, LLC, an EMS speakers’ and education consulting company. As an experienced EMS provider for over 25 years, Douglas is a Nationally Registered Paramedic with extensive experience as an EMS Training Officer and Division Chief of EMS, overseeing EMS operations. Mr. Randell has a bachelor's degree in business management and is a Primary EMS Instructor for the State of Indiana.
