Brad Baker serves as the EMS Assistant Chief of Clinical Affairs at Johnston County Emergency Services EMS Division. He brings over 15 years of experience in EMS and fire services. Brad graduated from Western Carolina University's emergency medical care program and is an adjunct instructor at Johnston Community College, where he teaches EMT courses.

Brad has an unwavering passion for education, especially to support the growth of prehospital providers and community members. His team comprises the agency's Clinical officers and community paramedic program.
