Russell Bryant is a Fire Paramedic Services Chief with the Philadelphia Fire Department, in the Mobile Integrated Health Unit.
With 26 years of dedicated service to the Philadelphia Fire Department, Russell Bryant is a seasoned professional who specializes in Training and Development, Priority Management, Conflict Resolution, Staff Management, and Processes and Procedures. He excels in Project Management, Leadership, Operations Management, Team Building, Strategic Planning, and Training and Mentoring.
Russell has led several key projects, including the PFD EMS Officer Realignment, LUCAS Training, and APR Training for the COVID-19 Task Force. As a SERT Officer, he has played a pivotal role in large-scale events such as Made in America, Welcome America, DNC, and the Pope's Visit to Philadelphia.
Russell leads the Mobile Integrated Health Unit, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Philadelphia’s citizens.
