Bram Duffee, PhD, EMT-P lives in Houston, TX and serves as the host of the vlog and podcast called “EMS Research with Professor Bram," interviewing ground-breaking EMS researchers about their work. In addition to working full-time as a paramedic, he teaches health communication and research classes as an Assistant Professor of Communication at Kennesaw State University. He has 2 degrees in communication from Southern Illinois University and a PhD in human development from Fielding Graduate University. Dr. Duffee is a scholar who studies nocemic communication and has authored numerous articles and two books on communication including his latest publication, “Hypnotic Communication in Emergency Medical Settings: For Life-saving and Therapeutic Outcomes."
