Elizabeth Harney, NRP, CCP-C, BBA is a respected EMS leader, clinician, and advocate dedicated to bridging expertise with human connection. A Board-Certified Critical Care Paramedic, she has served on multiple Kentucky Board of EMS committees, published in EMS World, and spoken nationally on EMS education and clinical excellence. She co-founded Paramedic Pathways, a nonprofit supporting future paramedics through scholarships, reinforcing her commitment to the profession’s growth. Currently, she leads EMS quality and documentation initiatives while expanding her national presence to equip providers with emotional intelligence and leadership strategies. Her passion for EMS, education, and mental health stems from a journey of resilience and purpose, driving her to inspire and empower the next generation of providers to deliver exceptional care and meaningful patient connections.
