Captain Will Holland has 20 years of service as a member of Wake County EMS. He currently leads a team of highly trained paramedics that focus on reducing hospital utilization for mental heath and substance abuse related calls by redirecting these patients to essential services in the community. Will has been in EMS for 24 years and co-leads the Wake County EMS Peer Support team. He holds a Bachelors of Exercise Science from Appalachian State University and a Masters of Divinity focused on Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
