Will Krost is an experienced emergency medicine physician and paramedic with over 30 years in the field. He is the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Lexington Clinic and oversees emergency medicine and EMS for CHI St. Joseph Health in Kentucky. Before medical school, he worked as a paramedic, flight paramedic, EMS Leader, and EMS Educator. Will has expertise in leadership and project management, having managed clinical projects at numerous organizations. He is a Board Certified Emergency Physician, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Will has been recognized for his contributions to emergency medicine and EMS, including serving as a subject matter expert and leader of national EMS education standards. He has published extensively and lectured at numerous conferences.
