Bruce J. Moeller, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Florida Center for Emergency Medical Services (FL-CEMS) at the University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine. With over 30 years of public service experience, he has held senior leadership roles, including Chief of Staff and Assistant County Administrator for Pinellas County, Florida. His fire service career led him to serve as Fire Chief and City Manager for Sunrise, Florida, and as Director and Fire Chief of Broward County’s Metropolitan Fire-Rescue Department. Dr. Moeller is a recognized speaker on leadership, organizational change, and public policy development. He remains actively involved in national professional associations and serves on multiple boards and committees.
