Jason Nadeau BA, NRP, EMS-I, is a seasoned paramedic and prehospital educator with over 20 years of experience in emergency medical services and more than a decade in prehospital education. He has excelled in delivering high-quality patient care in demanding environments and mentoring EMRs, EMTs, and paramedics to succeed both academically and professionally. Through my leadership, I have increased first-attempt pass rates for EMT and EMR programs from 60% to over 80%. He has built strong partnerships with area police departments, fostering collaboration among first responders. As a recognized expert in mass casualty care and regional preparedness, he serves as the regional chair for the MCI committee and also sits on the State of Connecticut's EMS advisory board’s Education and Training Committee, where he serves as the Vice Chair.
