Steven Norman, NRP, is a Paramedic for Indianapolis EMS in Indianapolis, Indiana. He joined Indianapolis EMS as a Paramedic in 2021 coming from Monongalia EMS in Morgantown, West Virginia. He received his Paramedic Certificate from New River Community & Technical College in Fairmont, West Virginia. He is a preceptor for Indianapolis EMS Paramedic Program and a Field Training Officer. Steven has been a District Medic for Indianapolis EMS since the inception of the program. He worked with Indianapolis EMS Leadership to determine equipment and organization within the vehicle. Steven has started working with EMT-B's in his area to promote confidence and autonony. He is a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Council for Indianapolis EMS as well as many other committees within the agency.
