Megan Ostlind, NREMT, is the Logistics Officer for Matanuska-Susitna Borough EMS in Palmer, Alaska. Since beginning her EMS career in 2020, Megan has demonstrated a strong aptitude for logistics, building MSBEMS’s logistics department from the ground up and reshaping the agency’s approach to resource management.

Megan is passionate about improving systems and processes to create more efficient and sustainable EMS operations. Her work reflects a dedication to problem-solving and practical innovation in a demanding and evolving field.
