Daniel Staribacher, MD, MBA, LL.M., FACS, is a senior emergency physician of a HEMS Service that operate 10 HEMS helicopters in Austria. He is the national medical director of PHTLS in Austria. He is a specialist in trauma surgery, orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery and is nationally recognized expert in pre hospital trauma and emergency care. He not only holds a medical degree, a degree in Health care management and an LL.M. in health care law, but is also a licensed paramedic in Austria and Germany.
