Diahan Underwood is a healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience in EMS and critical care nursing, currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for Priority Ambulance's family of companies. A Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer (CACO), Underwood brings extensive expertise from her diverse background, including roles as director of nursing and chief flight nurse at Central Air Ambulance, and clinical positions at renowned healthcare institutions such as Children's Hospital of Atlanta and Scottish Rite. Certified in multiple advanced life support and trauma care disciplines, she is also an accomplished instructor in various emergency medical and safety programs, and actively contributes to the healthcare community through her membership in the American Association of Critical Care Nurses Foundation and her service on the Georgia State Medical Assessment Team Advisory Board.
