Lauren Welch is a dedicated critical care paramedic and educator with over 14 years of healthcare experience serving two Wisconsin fire departments. As an EMS Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Lauren combines her expertise with a passion for teaching. She holds Associate’s Degrees in Fire Medic and Paramedic Technician, along with an Instructor II certification. Lauren has also mentored high school students, inspiring them to explore careers in emergency services while equipping them with essential skills and confidence.
