As a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, he is board-certified in Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery, showcasing his expertise in complex interventions. Dr. Barron is highly involved in resident education and research, emphasizing his commitment to excellence. Currently serving as the Associate Program Director of the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency at UTHSCSA, Dr. Barron is passionately committed to shaping the future of podiatric medicine through comprehensive resident education.
