Frank Cunningham is group vice president of Group Vice President, Global Value and Access & Lilly Direct for Lilly USA and Eli Lilly and Company.

Since joining Lilly in November 1995, Frank has dedicated most of his career to leading Global Value and Access teams, securing industry-leading patient access to the Lilly product portfolio. His leadership role in this capacity began in 2010 when he was named Vice President of Lilly Value and Access. In 2020, Frank served as acting President of Lilly USA, the company's largest affiliate.

Frank has been recognized externally for transforming strategy into operational excellence and has produced significant revenue growth, improved the profitability of payer contracts, and led the creation & launch of LillyDirect Pharmacy to help benefit patients.

Frank has also held numerous positions outside of value and access in business development, finance, and sales operations.

Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Bonaventure University in finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Buffalo, SUNY.
