BILL SARRAILLE is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a regulatory, compliance, and policy consultant at the firm that he founded, Sarraille & Associates. Bill is a retired senior member of the Healthcare Practice group at Sidley Austin LLP. He is a nationally-recognized expert in health care, life sciences, drugs, medical devices, and patient access to treatments.
Bill, who is flunking retirement, also serves as the General Counsel of the Pharmaceutical Coalition for Patient Access, a charity, a compliance advisor to Accessia Health, a copayment foundation, and a policy advisor to the rare disease patient advocacy group, the FSHD Society. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of Kalderos, a health IT organization.
Bill is a cum laude graduate of Yale College and received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Harry L. Hupp of the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles.
