As Chief Pharmacy Officer, CVS Health, Lucille advocates to elevate the practice of pharmacy in health care as key to improving health outcomes and lowering the cost of care. She is responsible for creating and implementing strategic opportunities to connect CVS Health pharmacy assets across the enterprise. 

As Senior Vice President and Head of Specialty Operations, Lucille leads CVS Health’s specialty pharmacies which support more than 1.8 million patients. Her responsibilities include multiple aspects of serving patients with complex and chronic conditions, including mail and retail specialty pharmacy, home infusion and nutrition care, physician sales management, and specialty strategy. In addition, she leads the Omnicare long term care division. She has held several leadership positions at CVS Health, formerly leading the PBM Product Portfolio and Care Management organization. 

Prior to CVS Health, Lucille was Vice President, Global Operations, Patient Solutions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, supporting multiple sclerosis and respiratory patient programs in 35 countries. She also held leadership roles at Rx Ally, Express Scripts and Medco in specialty programs and PBM product management for 14 years including three years of international specialty program management. 

Lucille holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy in New York, a master’s degree in public health and management (MPH) from New York Medical College, and an executive master’s in business administration (EMBA) from Fordham University. Early in her career, Lucille served as a community pharmacist in New York state. 

Lucille sits on the board of directors for Surescripts and AveronSourcing, and is an advisory board member for St. John’s University, College of Pharmacy and Springboard Enterprises.
