Sarit Roy is the Founder and CEO of OnPoint Pharmacy. The most important part of Sarit’s story is that he is not a pharmacist. While that might seem counterintuitive in the pharmacy space, it has allowed him to step outside of the four walls and go talk to his customers. Sarit - the son of a pharmacist - bought his first pharmacy at 24 years old and realized very quickly that the most important thing he could do was build relationships with local doctors, which is typically impossible for pharmacy owners to do, as they’re stuck behind the counter. Fifteen years and many thousands of experiments later, Sarit and team have grown OnPoint to the largest independent pharmacy in the NY Metro Area. And they’re just getting started.
