Maria Bledsoe serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Central Florida Cares Health System and brings over 20 years of experience in executive level management experience leading public and private organizations. She has over 30 years of experience in the criminal justice and social services system with extensive knowledge in contract and grant management, grant procurement, ongoing quality assurance, and government relations. Ms. Bledsoe has worked with various government and non-profit agencies and has great collaboration with senior leadership, Provider Service Network, the community, and government agencies. She has overseen critical developments such as organizational and program startup, project management, strategic and community capacity building group facilitation, served as lead evaluator, and mentored grassroots and neighborhood coalitions and agencies. Ms. Bledsoe holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
Ms. Bledsoe’s solid leadership skills, community influence, and commitment to the agency’s mission and goals means the agency stays results focused. Her ability to develop strong partnerships, manage public relations, and think creatively to develop and expand programs make her a vital asset to the agency and network. She is dedicated to ensuring all deliverables are met, improving and enhancing programs and services, ensuring accountable and efficient agency operations, and the end goal of services reaching consumers.
