Nicole Huggett, MSW, CPHQ received her Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2011, with dual concentrations in nonprofit administration and child welfare. She worked direct social work practice with families from 2010-2012, at which point she transitioned her focus to nonprofit and governmental program evaluation. She has been working at CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness for over 9 years, completing outcomes data analysis for all substance use, behavioral health, and integrated care initiatives. In 2016 she earned Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality from the National Association for Healthcare Quality. Nicole has led several projects focusing on data collection, integrity, and analysis and using data to make evidence-based decisions to improve health outcomes. She has been accepted to present at several conferences specifically on the topics of utilizing data to improve program outcomes.
