Samantha Maietta received her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston where her passion for counseling began. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New York University in 2023. Samantha is currently working toward becoming certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and wants to specialize in trauma treatment and somatic interventions. Given the correlation between trauma and substance use, Samantha has honed her skills in addiction treatment and relapse prevention. Samantha is currently working with individuals with an array of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, addiction, and relationship dysfunction.
