Deborah Doroshow, MD, PhD is Associate Professor of Medicine at the Tisch Cancer Institute, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She divides her clinical practice and research between the Center for Thoracic Oncology, where she sees patients with lung cancer, and the Early Phase Trials Unit, where she sees patients with a variety of solid tumors on phase 1 and 2 trials of novel agents and leads efforts in targeted therapy development. Her research, which is funded by an American Cancer Society Clinician Scientist Development Grant, focuses on the development of targeted therapies for patients with lung cancer and other solid tumors as well as the outcomes and experiences of participants on early phase clinical trials.
