Madeline Acquilano, PharmD, BCPS, is a Medical Science Liaison specializing in psychiatry at AbbVie. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from MCPHS University in Boston in 2019 and went on to complete a PGY1 pharmacy residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Following residency, Madeline became a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and spent two years in inpatient pharmacy at Hartford Hospital, where she held various clinical roles and served as a preceptor for pharmacy students and PGY1 residents. She then transitioned to ambulatory care, gaining experience in multiple settings, including movement disorders, before joining AbbVie as an MSL in 2023.

With a strong background in both acute and chronic disease management, Madeline brings a unique perspective to the intersection of pharmacotherapy, patient care, and medical communications. Her current role focuses on scientific exchange and supporting advancements in psychiatry, ensuring that healthcare providers have access to the latest evidence-based insights to optimize patient outcomes.
