Attendees and Exhibitors must first register for the conference to obtain the hotel discount. The hotel link will be provided to you in your registration confirmation email.
The negotiated conference rate is $259.00 single/double occupancy, plus tax for attendees and $299.00 00 single/double occupancy, plus tax for exhibitors.
The discounted rate is valid but subject to availability, three days prior and three days post the meeting.
Reservations received after Friday, February 14, or after the room block has been filled (whichever comes first) are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates.
Check-in is 3:00 PM; Check-out is 11:00 AM
