Jessica began her indusry career as an MSL at Lundbeck, Inc in 2007, moving into a Regional Director role by 2009. Throughout her tenure at Lundbeck, she worked across several therapeutic areas including Neonatology, Hematology, Neurology and Psychiatry. In 2016, she joined Neurocrine Biosciences to support launch of their first commercialized product. Because of her passion to educate and work with Advanced Practice Providers and Nurses, she championed to focus field medical resource efforts to the APP/RN audience and was promoted to National Director of the newly formed Clinical Practice Liaison (CPL) team in early 2018.
Prior to her career in industry, Jessica spent 13 years in clinical practice across a variety of settings. During her last 3 years in clinical practice, she was a Sub-Investigator and Clinical Trials Coordinator for Phase III trials with Alcon Labs. She has also served as adjunct faculty at the University of South Florida in Nursing, in both classroom and clinical settings.

Jessica earned a Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Florida in 1994, graduating as Cum Laude. She went on to complete a Masters in Nursing in 1996 and obtaining her ARNP licensure. She completed her PhD in Maternal Child Public Health at the University of South Florida in 2011. And, most recenlty in 2023, completed Certification in Pharmaceutical Regulation from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy.

Jessica is nationally certified as a Pediatric and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. A member of the AAN, APNA, GAPNA, AANN, ISPN, and AANP.
