Reservations
The Rx Summit room rate will be the federal government’s lodging rate for Nashville in 2025, which in 2024 was $233.00 per night. The room rate for 2025 will be announced this Fall. All attendees who register before the rate is announced will receive a link to book their room when hotel registration opens. In addition, the daily resort fee will be waived for attendees who book in the Rx Summit room block.

HMP is the Official Housing Provider for the Rx Summit 2025. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any housing provider other than HMP is not approved by Rx Summit. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to HMP at 800.237.7285 x4218 or email kmclaughlin@hmpglobal.com.

Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. Rx Summit, HMP, and our host hotels will never call you to solicit hotel reservations. Any legitimate message to attendees will direct you to the conference’s Travel & Hotel Information page, where participants will use secure links to our approved hotel blocks. HMP respects your privacy and will never post conference attendees' or exhibitors' personal information online. Please note that rooms booked through any other source are at your own risk.
