Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations

Please be aware that CIO does not sell or distribute CIO attendee lists to any third party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third party vendor to purchase a “CIO conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a CIO attendee list please report them to Tara Fields at tfields@hmpglobal.com. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders.  We send them cease and desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on proper handling of these requests.

    • How can I order badges?

      Use the exhibitor portal to access your account, where you can add the names of your booth staff. The login details are provided in your booth confirmation email. The deadline to request badges is TBD. Badges can only be requested onsite after that date.

      Badges

      Exhibitors are entitled to 3 full conference passes per booth purchase unless otherwise noted. Badges must be worn at all times to access the sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Additional conference passes are available at $600. Badges are not transferable or sharable; exhibitors who do so may be denied participation.

    • How can I order wifi?

      Available 90 days prior to the conference.

    • How can I order electric?

      Available 90 days prior to the conference.
       

    • How can I order Lead Retrievals?

      Available 90 days prior to the conference.
       

    • Where can I find shipping labels?

      Available 90 days prior to the conference.

    • As an exhibitor, can I attend the conference sessions outside of the Exhibit Hall?
