Trish Caldwell MFT, LPC, CCDP-D, CAADC, CCTP, is an experienced national Sr. Vice President of Clinical Services and the SVP of Regional Operations for Promises Behavioral Health who has been in the behavioral health field for 30 years. She is committed to providing clinical and operational excellence though program development that supports measured based care and outcomes. Trish focuses on clinical quality through the use of evidenced based practices that align to a trauma informed approach to treatment. Additionally, she has also been an adjunct professor for the last 16 years and is currently teaching in Drexel University’s Master’s in Family Therapy’s program (MFT). Trish created the first Young Offenders Treatment Program in Delaware County, partnering with Delaware Country Drug Court, serving first time offenders and providing an opportunity to expunge the young adults record and build a life of recovery. A regular speaker at both national and regional conferences, Trish specializes in Adolescent behaviors; Behavioral health, ADHD; Trauma informed care, Family Systems, and First responders. Trish is a licensed clinician, a marriage and family therapist and holds her MFT from Drexel University. She is certified in both co-occurring disorders and substance use and holds a private practice specializing in adolescents and young adults.
