Dr. Kimberly Emery, PhD, LMFT, LAC, CCTS, MAC has been in practice since 2013, and trained in Animal Assisted Therapy through Professional Therapy Dogs of Colorado. She has worked with adolescents in a variety of outpatient settings and specializes in treating trauma and addiction. Kimberly has completed over 6000 hours of supervised clinical hours in addiction treatment, many of those with adolescents and their families. She offers supervision to addiction counselors and marriage and family therapists in training through her private practice. Through her work in hospital settings and victim's services, Kimberly has received critical continued education to support survivors and educate colleagues on the treatment of trafficked persons.
