Sandra Wartski, Psy.D. is a Licensed Psychologist in Raleigh, NC. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester in 1988 and received her Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from Widener University in 1993. Over the past 30 years, Dr. Wartski has been conducting individual, family and group therapy, as well as psychoeducational evaluations, with special interests in mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues and crisis intervention. In her work as a therapist, she most enjoys the opportunity to build relationships allowing room for growth and change. She also enjoys providing articles and workshops for both the public and professionals on a wide variety of mental health topics. Because writing is something she engages in personally and professionally, she is eager to share this tool and resource with other clinicians.
