Thomas Dovan earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Franklin Pierce College, and a master's degree in mental health counseling from River University. He is a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts and a licensed clinical mental health counselor in New Hampshire. Thomas is a 25 year veteran of law enforcement, serving as a police officer in Methuen, Massachusetts. Thomas also served in the National Guard as a military police officer for six years. Thomas has extensive experience treating the first responder population in his clinical roles at Sobriety Centers of America, NH, as well as his own private practice. Thomas is currently the Clinical Supervisor overseeing the first responder detox and residential treatment program at Recovery Centers of America at Westminster.
