Amy Wilke, MS, RD, LD, CNSC is a clinical dietitian with over 30 years of clinical experience in both the adult ICU and pediatric populations. She currently works at Keck Medical Center of USC where she manages the nutrition therapy for patients of the Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery team. Amy is also adjunct faculty at Glendale Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, running and hanging out with her family and their chocolate lab, Zuma.
