Jenna Klimovich, MD, is an assistant professor at the Yale University School of Medicine, where she focuses on primary care and specializes in obesity medicine. In her role as a primary care physician at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, she provides clinical care while also consulting on obesity management for patients. She completed her undergraduate education along with medical schoo lat the University of Miami, and her internal medicine residency at UM/Jackson Health System in Miami, FL. In October 2023, she co-presented a talk titled “The Changing Landscape of Obesity Treatment” to the Connecticut chapter of the American College of Physicians (ACP), highlighting the evolving approaches to obesity treatment. Additionally, Dr. Klimovich serves as a workgroup member for the VA/DoD Obesity/Overweight Clinical Practice Guidelines, a comprehensive guideline for obesity management, which is expected to be completed by 2025.
