Dr Linda T Miller is a leading expert in lymphedema management and post-operative breast cancer lymphedema. She founded the Breast Cancer Physical Therapy Center in Philadelphia, had trained internationally and developed rehabilitation programs in the US and the Middle East. Dr Miller has published widely and trained hundreds of healthcare providers in advanced edema management techniques. She also is very involved in treating lymphedema and chronoc wounds in the home care setting.
