Submission Guidelines

Your information must be complete and accurate when submitted in order to be considered for a podium presentation at ISET.

Submissions require the following information to be considered for presentation:

  • Submitter name, contact information, and company/organization/affiliation
  • Suggested title for the presentation. Should your submission be accepted for presentation, ISET will do our best to accommodate your presentation title but does not guarantee it.
  • A summary/description of the data, trial results, or information to be presented, including important data points such as number of patients, results, timing, etc.
  • Details about whether the data has been presented before and, if so, when and where
  • Top 3 presenter recommendations in order of preference, including names, affiliations, and emails. Should your submission be accepted for presentation, ISET will do our best to accommodate your presenter request but does not guarantee it. If no presenter recommendations are provided and your submission is accepted, ISET will select a presenter.

Podium Recommendations may be submitted by anyone and if accepted receive only podium presentation time. These recommendations are separate from Abstracts/ePosters, which, if accepted as an abstract/eposter, are eligible for inclusion in the ISET Virtual ePoster Hall, online publication in JVIR, tuition discounts, and awards. Please see detailed information on submitting an Abstract/ePoster on this page: Abstracts/ePosters
