Exhibit Booth Contract

Housing (housing link will be sent after booth application is submitted)
Exhibitor Badge Registration - password is the main contact's last name (with the first letter capitalized)
Exhibitor Kit

Exhibit Space Includes:

  • Standard booth identification sign showing exhibitor name and booth number
  • Draped 8-foot-high back wall and 36-inch-high side rails
  • Daily cleaning of aisles in exhibit area
  • Company listing in the Conference Guide and Mobile App
  • Complimentary exhibit badges (quantity based on the size of the booth space)
  • Exhibit Hall is carpeted
  • Access to education sessions is permitted if there is space available but will not include the ability to obtain educational credit
    Note: Furniture, electric, wifi, etc are NOT included with your booth, you will need to order through Freeman

Affiliate Meeting Space Request Form

A limited number of meeting rooms are available for the 2025 SAWC Fall Meeting. The Affiliate Meeting Space Room will be available in April 2025. If you have any questions regarding the form or process, please contact Kathy Baumer (kbaumer@hmpglobal.com) for assistance.

2025 Meeting Room Rental Fees:

Half Day: $1,750.00

Full Day: $2,000.00

Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations

Please be aware that SAWC Spring does not sell or distribute SAWC Spring attendee lists to any third party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third party vendor to purchase a SAWC Spring conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a SAWC Spring attendee list please report them to tfields@hmpglobal.com. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders.  We send them cease and desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on proper handling of these requests.
