Greg has been in the senior living industry since 2010. He began as a Sales and Marketing Director at Brookdale Senior Living for a 352-unit multi-level care community in Birmingham, AL. After having success moving occupancy in a challenged community, Greg was promoted to Regional Sales Director for 11 communities in Alabama and Tennessee and maintained a combined average occupancy of 96%. He was also tagged as a transition leader for acquisitions and new builds. After leaving Brookdale and waiting for Atlas to begin he was a Divisional Sales Director for 26 communities and a District Director of Operations. Greg has been with Atlas since its inception in 2015 and has been helpful in growing their portfolio from 2 communities to currently 35 with others under construction. Greg and his wife Amy have one daughter and he enjoys golf, playing poker tournaments, and following his favorite band Phish.
