Jennifer Flaherty, National Business Development Manager, BluSky Restoration Contractors

Flaherty has over 8 years of experience managing national accounts and early on went to nursing school, where she spent her first semester of nursing clinicals working in an assisted living community; she spent 3 more semesters working on an orthopedic floor and other med-surg units in a large WI hospital. At BluSky Restoration, Flaherty works with some of the largest national senior living management companies and group purchasing organizations to help with senior living emergency response for catastrophic events (tornados, floods, windstorms, fires), water damage, environmental hazards, and roofing replacement needs. BluSky Restoration Contractors owns and operates more than 60 office locations nationwide and is a full-service restoration company.

Troy Griffiths, Head of Senior Care North America, Vigil Health Solutions

Griffiths has worked in the senior living technology sector for over 24 years. He was one of the founding leaders of Vigil in 1998. Initially as CFO, then COO, and for the last 18 years President and CEO, he has been committed to finding ways to provide purpose-built technology to the senior living industry. Olya Iakomi, Regional Marketing, Yardi

Iakomi dedicated her early marketing career to the security manufacturing industry. She represented her company at trade shows and became a liaison to integrators and distributers in addition of having the primary focus to grow the company brand. After a relocation from East to West Coast, she took her experience to the real estate tech industry and is committed to marketing and event planning for the largest property management software company, Yardi Systems. Iakomi graduated from La Salle University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and international business.

The Senior Living Executive Conference does not sell or distribute Senior Living Executive Conference attendee lists to any third-party vendor. If you are approached by a third-party vendor to purchase a Senior Living Executive Conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a Senior Living Executive Conference attendee list, please report them to Tara Fields at tfields@hmpglobal.com. We will take the appropriate action. We suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep an eye on these offenders. We send them cease-and-desist requests and report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on the proper handling of these requests.
