Amy Robinson has over 30 years of experience working in the culinary industry. Amy is an Executive Chef as well as an Executive Pastry Chef who spent the first decade of her career in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas and discovered the senior living industry in 2012. Today, Amy is the National Vice President of Culinary Services for Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living. Over her career, Amy has focused on delivering culture-based customer service as it relates to the customer experience. She has created and launched several culinary programs, developed culture centric mentorship programs, and numerous training programs. She is an accomplished culinary business implementation strategist with emphasis on financial results while remaining customer service focused. Amy is a graduate of the Argentum LEAD program, serves as the chairperson for the Argentum culinary roundtable, is a member of the Argentum educational steering committee, participates as a member of the Argentum DEIB roundtable, and is a member of the Argentum operations executive roundtable.
