Brooke Saxon-Spencer grew up in the senior living industry, starting as Marketing Director at her family’s community in Chicago suburbs, and quickly advancing to Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She transformed it into Illinois's top post-acute rehab center. Though her family sold the business in 2015, Brooke remained committed to the industry, excelling in brand management and strategic marketing. Currently on the executive team at Claiborne Senior Living, she leads marketing, employee development, and innovation. A Wheaton College alumna, she lives in Southern California with her husband, Caleb, their three children, and five cats, enjoying knitting and plain M&M’s.
