Jessi Weldon began her journey in the senior living industry while working as a Resident Aide in Assisted Living during college. After graduating, she transitioned into senior living sales, where she discovered the profound impact her role could have on the lives of others. She has spent the past 20+ years dedicated to senior living sales and leadership.

Currently, Jessi serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Primrose Retirement Communities. Her sales philosophy centers on building strong relationships and providing hands-on sales training and support. She is dedicated to leadership development and coaching, prioritizing continuous professional growth for herself and her team. Jessi loves to read and is always looking for book recommendations!

Outside of her professional life, Jessi enjoys spending quality time with her family, camping, staying active outdoors, and advocating for disability rights and inclusion.
