Carol is the Corporate Director of Resident Services at Vi Living which is a continuing care retirement organization that serves ten locations throughout the United States. Carol oversees resident health, safety, and well-being initiatives within the continuum of care. She collaborates with community team members to ensure the implementation of quality and safety initiatives throughout the continuum, which includes independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Carol received her Doctorate in Human Services Administration from Walden University. She is a nursing home administrator and certified as a dementia care practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
