Catie Ramp, the President & CEO of the Georgia Senior Living Association, has a deeply personal connection to the industry. Her journey began at the age of 12 when she volunteered at the Walton Manor Nursing Home. During this time, she developed a strong bond with Ms. Ruthie, a resident at the home. Catie's experience of losing Ms. Ruthie, first cognitively and then physically, coupled with her grandmother’s battle with dementia, ignited a passion for ensuring dignity throughout the aging process.
A strategic, results-driven Chief Executive with nearly 25 years of operational leadership, Catie has a proven ability to develop high-impact programs, secure funding, and build strong stakeholder relationships. As the leader of one of the nation’s fastest-growing senior living associations, she has overseen nearly $50M in grants and funding, driving significant regulatory and industry influence at both state and national levels. A dedicated and passionate leader committed to fostering meaningful change in organizations, teams, and communities.
Catie Ramp's influence extends beyond her role at GSLA. She also serves as the Chair of the Argentum State Partners, on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Society of Association Executives, and the Advisory Boards for AgeTech Atlanta and the Georgia chapter of Women in Healthcare. She is a member of Argentum’s State Government Relations and Regulatory Committee and serves with the Georgia Department of Human Services on their GARD Policy and Workforce Committees. Her contributions have been recognized by her induction into McKnight’s Senior Living’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor.
