April Young started in the senior housing industry in 1998, with operations + portfolio management expertise dating back to 2003.
Prior to joining the Sinceri Family, April held roles in senior living, including Community Management, Regional Oversight, and Divisional Sales & Marketing support for a portfolio of 80 assisted living and memory care communities. Over this time, April has held the same mantra and heart of service for the seniors and families she interacts with, “finding the right solutions for each family while creating safe environments.”
Now as the Chief of Operations for Sinceri Senior Living, April oversees the field operations team, directly supports community teams, and handles owner relations. She also partners with senior leadership on company initiatives that further enhance resident and staff satisfaction. April continues to use her expertise to lead Sinceri’s operations and further their success.
