Scott Bertulis is the leader of casualty risk services for Marsh’s Senior Living & LTC Industry Practice, based in the Chicago office. Scott’s areas of expertise include workers’ compensation pre and post loss management, OSHA and DOT compliance, safety policy and procedure development, safe resident handling, ergonomics, training, and education. Scott works with his clients to tailor risk consulting services to improve their risk profile by analyzing current programs and identifying opportunities for improvement. He also helps to support the senior care industry and his clients through various thought leadership initiatives, speaking engagements, and participation in industry workgroups and committees.
