Amber has served in the Programming space for over 20 years, developing and executing programs across all three lifespans. For the past 10 years, Amber’s passion has focused on settings with the elderly, specifically with the memory care population, providing residents opportunities for purpose while ensuring compassion and quality care are at the forefront of a person-focused approach.

Amber is the National Director of Memory Care and Resident Programming for Charter Senior Living, where she continues to create innovative programs and build collaborative partnerships across all departments. She aims to elevate the resident experience through engaged living and inspiring adventures.
