Sean Kelly is the CEO at Front Porch Communities and Services since 2023 one the nation’s largest not-for-profit senior living providers.​In 2008, he joined The Kendal Corporation and became CEO in 2016. Prior to 2016, Sean was responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement through leading opportunities for growth. Sean also spent 10+ years working as a development and operations consultant to senior housing and service providers. Sean graduated from Ursinus College in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in international relations, and in 2014 he completed an advanced management program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
